Help with my routers mtu setting

How do i change it? My service provider does not know how.So i figured that someone here would know.

Step 1: Find router model # (usually printed on back)
Step 2: Enter into Google.
Step 3: Locate manual.
Step 4: Read manual.

I hope that's easy enough for an idiot like you to understand.
