Dummy Padding ISO

How do I add dummy files into an iso?
The ps2 iso is a bit too small and I need to add some padding into it, but google isn't giving a straight answer.

Well, the laser on my fat ps2 keeps going going back and forth constantly to read the game, wouldn't that wear out the gears faster?
