I know a decent bit about computers, but I'm still not too savvy with processors

 Intel® Core™ Duo Processor T2450 (2.00GHz, 2MB L2 cache, 533MHz FSB)
or
 Intel® Core™2 Duo Processor T5500 (1.66GHz, 2MB L2 cache, 667MHz FSB)

which would you suggest, and why? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
