If it doesn't work in Konqueror, Safari, IE or Firefox then probably your ISP is toying with you. First, try what happens if you use a proxy. If that doesn't help, try a proxy over SSL or some similar method that you're absolutely sure your ISP cannot tamper with. If the last method doesn't let you connect at all, then that's pretty much proof your ISP is fucking with you, change over as quickly as possible. If it does work, and you still experience wonkiness, there might (might!) be something wrong with 4chan. But I doubt it, it's probably something else still.
