Is there any way to do this? I'm trying to do this on a 90GB external hard drive.
What I've done so far:
- Used the XP Disk Management tool on an old computer running Windows to partition the 90GB into a 10GB part (Fat32) and an 80GB part (NTFS).
- Copied the boot.ini, ntldr, and ntdetect files from the C drive of the other Windows computer. This is supposed to help the install recognize it, according to an article on Tom's Hardware (http://www.tomshardware.com/2005/09/09/windows_in_your_pocket/page2.html).
Now I tried going through the install, and I get an error when I use 80GB partition for it. What did I do wrong? :(
