Is there actually a program that would attack would be hackers?  Think Attack Barrier from Ghost in the Shell.

There was this one program, netbuster, that fucked up people trying to "attack" you with netbus. That was in the good old days, before security.

You'd probably be wasting a lot of bandwidth trying to attack random people. Have you ever taken a look at your router/server's logs? Do you know how many scan/intrusion attempts one gets per hour on average?

Also, attackers will probably use zombie hosts to attack you from, so you'd be counter attacking the computers of "innocent" third parties. Enjoy your v&.
