Speck on DLP HDTV?

Name: Anonymous 2007-03-04 13:21 ID:hKzBKa0X

Okay, so, a few months ago I finally took the plunge and bought myself a Mitsubishi 62327 1080i DLP TV.  I recently noticed a small speck that doesn't quite cover any specific pixels, so I'm assuming it's just dust or some shit.  The speck is about 1.5 pixels tall and half a pixel wide, and it looks kinda out-of-focus, like it's sitting on the light source.  I've seen a fly moving around inside the TV before, being projected onto the screen, and this looks to be the same deal.

I don't know if the speck has been there since I bought it, or I just noticed it, but is there any way for me to get that sucker out of there without incurring damages or the high costs of a professional cleaning/repair company?  Thanks in advance.

But I don't wanna fuck anything up. :<

Maybe there's a guide somewhere on doing that?
