Bring Dead People back Alive again

Do you think we'd have the technology to bring people who have been clinically dead for at most a week back alive again?  I doubt we'd see this technology in our lifetimes so we won't be able to benefit from it but say in 100,000 years at the current rate medical research is progressing?

I think they had to drain the blood first and then put it back in later though

Yeah. They replaced the dogs' blood with cold saline. Then, a few hours later, they replaced the blood and shocked the brains to revive them.

It MIGHT be possible in the near to mid future to put someone down for a day or two under proper conditions and bring them back. But just finding a random corpse and bringing it back is way beyond anything we've got now or will have in the forseeable future.
