bootscreen

Somehow a custom bootscreen was put on my computer and I can't find any way to get rid of it. I've replaced the ntoskrnl file many times, and checked it with reshacker to see the images and they were all default. I also checked to see if my boot.ini is loading a custom kernel file and it's not. What other ways can custom boot images be applied and how do I get rid of it?

Do you mean during POST?  That's part of the BIOS firmware, I believe.  If you're talking about a custom install of Windows from Dell or something, install a real version, instead of their crapware version.
