HDDVD > Blueray

I bet that HDDVD will be the standard. I've thought of very many assumptions I have to support this, but frankly my dears, I don't want to list them all.

Well not necessarily. I heard something about this. I know that Bluray works using a UV laser conserving space for data, whereas HDDVD writes and reads data from a disk on multiple layers (I think) using the space effectively as well. HDDVD is supposed to be cheaper.
