I need to find a good lamp

My room has no windows and my current lamp is broken. I need a lamp that doesn't hurt my eyes and lets me read/study for extended period of times. I am also wondering, what are the pros and cons of a full spectrum light bulb?

i still say use a god damn candle! or better yet, use the ultra voilent and toxic light from your computer screen!
