One man per country Olympics

Suppose we create a one man per country Olympics, where one athlete from each country would participate in all of these listed sports. Would you give it your thumbs up or thumbs down? It's just like in the olden days, where the ultimate athlete emerges amongst .

Events
1. 100 meter dash
2. 100 meter hurdles
3. long jump
4. swimming
5. marathon
6. chess (we also need to test their brain muscles)
7. weight lifting
8. karate
9. wrestling
10. gymnastics (we also need to test their agility to balance things out)

The winner wouldn't be admired.  He would be feared.

I believe this is called a decathlon, not an Olympiad.
