Cooper test training

So I have around a month (or so) to increase my cooper test results, to as high as possible of course. I can, if necessary, spend every hour of the day working towards that end (as in I have nothing else to do, other than sleep and eat).

So what would be the best way to train for the cooper?

The more detailed you are, the better.
