Most of http://dis.4chan.org/read/sjis/1121753834 also looks like gibberish when viewed in actual SJIS - so it's not SJIS art? Only 385 ('n few others) seems to be displayed correctly, but that's exactly the kind of what you call "not SJIS art". The irony is delicious.
