The mods on /b/ made a tanasinn-based layout one day at random. Someone explained towards the end that tanasinn is kind of like harbl is on 4chan. Harbl is everything and nothing all at once. A lot of people on /b/ tend to believe this is what a penis is, so harbl has also come to mean penis.

The line for tanasinn goes: Don't think. Feel and you'll be tanasinn. It's kind of like a mantra for acheiving enlightenment, so I guess tanasinn could be considered nirvana in some ways.

It's an obscure concept. I think it is possible to google the term and the phrase about tanasinn. That's about as close as I can get to an explaination off the top of my head.
