The wasted time involved in mathematical conversion rates done by hand is the most infuriating. With our high-tech multiprocessor world, it's insulting to our short attention spans to expect us to slow down write it all out. It's even worse when we have to switch from base 10 just to find out that the final answer was equal to 0 in all bases.
