Speed of light and crap

SPeed of the car is 1/2 of speed of light.
When car passes an electric eye, the electric eye emits a light particle, parralel to the path of the car.
What is speed of light partice relatively to car?
1/2 of speed of light?

the speed of the particle is about 1/2 of the speed of light.  The relative direction would actually be diagnal to the car.

if both were moving in the same direction, the relative speed would be 0, and the particle would be moving paralell
