Explain how these apply:

*Second: You can only break even at absolute zero.

*Third: You can't reach absolute zero.

You mean cellular organisms?  Biological processes, being in the universe, follow the laws of thermodynamics.  You have to keep feeding the processes energy to sustain them, as they are not analogous to perpetual motion machines.
