can you help brother out? i am in need of your knowledge
you see we have a project on image processing and we're following this paper right here...

i got through the most parts but one thing im having most difficulty is computing the major axis (somewhere along pp 9). im im using c#.
so i ask of you guys is that can somebody please explain to me how best to represent the axis in code? and also the formula to compute it?
