Without looking at any charts or "boxes," I'm going to run with powdered sugar .
It's sugar. Occasionally, a bit of salt to keep it from caking and wheat flour or a starch. Maybe calcium phosphate but rarely anything else.

Powdered sugar is highest in calories and lowest in major vitamins and minerals. Though pretty much anyone could tell you that. Powdered sugar is a simple sugar molecule, everything else is organic matter.
