what you have, believe it or not is something that animals have that humans have adapted from. It's not that you are deficient in the ability, but rather unpracticed in it.
You lack focal point perception projection. It is psychological. And the workout is rather simple. It works in just a few stages; 1) use more of your focal-point perception by looking at foods you are eating, but not the seemingly bland or fuzzy images you are accustomed where you don't strain your eyes to see. Rather, focus your eyes so intensely that it hurts, and the image of your food comes into focus like crystal reflecting light and recognize the variances in color. The more you practice this, the more you bring your focal-point perception into balance, and believe it or not, you actually heighten your peripheral perception as well.
The projection portion of this exercise is a little more about belief, knowing, and projecting a known.
Projecting is what most people do when they believe they know what something is and use that inner-perception as the known instead of the perception. The challenge here is using your focal-point perception, allowing greater light to enter your pupils (this will make your eyes water if the sun is out), and project back onto the object you are looking at what you are seeing. What this does is something unique using the human redundancy function.
Incoming perception + inner-perception + projected observation = Force-Feedback perception.
You will begin to see things more defined than you normally would. Colors will begin to be more distinguishable from others, patterns stand out more than usual. There will be discomfort within the eyes, temples, neck and back of the scalp. Disconnecting or choosing to turn this function off can be very difficult if done for prolonged periods of time.
Habit is the absence of awareness of choice.
Your eyes are not focusing on what is right in front of you is what it sounds like, but upon further investigation you are able to focus in on things. What I've outlined will take you far beyond what you've even considered possible...the question is, do you have what it takes to change your own life by your own choice?
If you do decide to take on this challenge, let us know how it works out for you?
