Dear mathematicians,

I need to "relearn" calculus so that I can prove to my school that I'm good enough to skip the pre-reqs and go straight into Calc 1. I took AP Calculus in high school and passed it, so I'm not taking this out of my ass or anything. I'm near having enough credits to transfer and I don't want to dick around with pre-reqs.

So my question is, how do I challenge myself enough to the point where I'm ready to talk math department chair about wanting to do this? What are some main things I should know to able to convince him? I don't want to skip calculus 1, I just want to jump right into it.

Also, in case you're wondering about the AP class, they fucked up and I never received my grade from the exam, they lost it and it was like I never took it. Either way, I got a high grade in that class, so I'm confident.
