THAT IS LIKE SAYING NEUTRAL IS NOT A GEAR IN A CAR AS IT IS NOT DRIVE OR REVERSE

neutrons are not neutral. Electrons bind while neutrons repel. It's a push-pull scenario with atoms...jesus you guys need some serious tutelage.
When you finally understand the choice of energy or Chi in all things, you will finally realize you have always had a choice and because you know is what makes you responsible to make the appropriate choice. Then again, that's a choice I leave entirely up to you to decide for yourself...just observe everyone else not doing it...that's just a good reason for me TO do it.
Shitty troll, but I'll bite. End the thread here, please.
Neutral is NOT a gear. When in the neutral position, no gears are engaged. This is a common confusion resulting from several layers of slang usage of the word. Putting the car in neutral is basically the same as holding the clutch. (Though motorheads can nitpick a bit, the details are beyond our scope.)
NEUTRAL IS NOT A GEAR IN A CAR. Oh look, I said it.
Electric charge is the measurement of electrostatic force exerted on one object by another. "Positive" and "negative" are arbitrary terms and simply refer to the polarity of that force, which direction the force is flowing. What is important is the magnitude: that is what tells you how much force there actually is.
If an object has no charge, it does not exert any electrostatic force on another object, and thus in turn it is not affected by other electrically charged objects. It is "disengaged", "indifferent", "uninvolved". That is the definition of neutral. Look it up.
We don't give a shit about shitty definitions regarding neutral. We give a shit about neutrons which aren't neutral at all. They are not electrostatic, they cause dissolution and are equal to the number of protons in the nucleus. Do you even understand the concept of constant flux and instability? Everything in this universe has it to a variance of degrees and its environment influences that variance as well as it influences the variance of its environment.
Will you please wake up to reality soon...cause I'm tired of speaking to you through your dream world.

Neutron's charge of its quarks sums up in ZERO. Electromagnetically speaking, it IS NEUTRAL.
However, it is NOT neutral to gravity, NOR for nuclear forces.

so what you are saying is it's neutral but it's not.
