Maths student aspiring to be filthy rich. What paths other than becoming a quant are there? I don't care about work satisfaction, social benefit or morality.
Joining some generic company in a position hierarchically equivalent to an engineer and just expecting to end up in an executive position seems to be too hit and miss.
