120.5% of 90% of the weight of a male brain is 100/83 * 9/10 = 108.44% of the weight, or an addition of 18.44 "units".

Besides, how can anyone say that bigger, heavier brains are better anyway? Look at computers: The older computers are bigger, but the current computers are faster & have more memory and take up less space. Especially laptops.
