Do you figure there'll be any more major extensions to life expectancy in our lifetimes, or are we nearly at the top of the S-curve?
I think there's still major leaps to be had with stem cell injections, custom DNA and cell degunking/revitalization. I worry, though, that as we come closer to peak oil, every graph in the book will suffer from either a medium or a huge dip, depending on whether or not certain nations (*cough* USA and China *cough*) starts a world war. That could delay these discoveries by 30 to 100 years, just in time for our grandchildren.
