Math undergrad degree

I'm wondering how one avoids becoming a school teacher, actuary, or toilet cleaner with one of these. What are you mathfags doing?

actuary: guaranteed 6 figure job after you finish your FSA/CAS certification. if you plan ahead, you can be half-done with the exams by the time you finish your degree and making 6 figures in about 3-5 years.
