Where the fuck can I get a head start on Pre calculus? Tired of learning from the school and just want to show up some people who say I can't make the top 10% just because I'm 5 behind.

Need some websites up here for a good explanation for this.
Look, make sure you understand your Trig identities, these trip a lot of folks who tested into Calc I up. The rest is just the sort of algebra you'll be using for the rest of your schooling: Know your quadratics. Understanding factoring innately is immensely handy. Make sure you understand algebra dealing with exponents, logs, roots. Understand rationalizing the numerator or denominator of a fraction.
All that done, you'll fare fine. And if it's business calc (as opposed to engineering calc) you probab;y won't need the Trig. (Though I recommend it anyway.)
