In theory yes but not in practice. You'd need to know too many variables that you couldnt get unless you went to the draw and examined every ball for imperfections, its location in the group, force and speed/frequency of mixing apparatus, air temperature, humidity, gravity, mass of each individual ball, coefficients of friction between balls, ball and walls and balls and mixing apparatus, all sorts of other nonsense.
