What is the meaning of "Working Standard Solution" and "Stock Standard Solution"? What`s the difference?

It means a company will accept money to install network cables, servers, and Microsoft software and charge an additional fee to make a profit, as companies are too lazy/stupid to do this themselves. Saying it outright would be too simple, so to sound vague and mysterious it's called a solution.
