Tutor?

Today was my first day with a math tutor. She is a grade 9 teacher, who has a degree in math, and has tutored up to third year university.
She could barley help me with matrices. Spent $30 for an hour of simple reminders, and being told to organize my binder.

3 weeks until exam, I don't have enough time.
I could study on my own, but I forget 80% of the stuff throughout the year.
