teeth

I couldn't think've any other board to post this in.
My gums always bleed when I brush my teeth. Is this bad.

I went through a period of 5-6 years in which I was depressed and only brushed my teeth when I had to go outside. When I went to the dentist after all these years I only had 2 small cavities. Maybe it's because my grandma used to feed me these fluoride pills.
