Does the process of pasteurisation denature vitamins?
My fruit juice is pasteurised and I don't want to loose all the goodness :(

Fruit juice is often pasteurised through irradiation, which doesn't denature shit. It should say so on the packaging if that's what happened.

Pastuerisation kills the probiotic bacteria that helps your digestive system like in yogurt and helps with the absorption of minerals. Otherwise you only get lifeless milk. Some companies tried selling unpastuerised milk in the US but were shut down because FDA regulations mean more than freedom of choice.
