How do I get 6x(3x+7) from (18x^2+42x)

Yes I know it's factoring and I know (18x^2) is (6x) square-rooted. So how do I get (3x+7) from (42x)?

Please help.

what the fuck is wrong with you? divide each term by 6x, e.g. 18x^2/6x=3x. god dammit, /sci/ is not your fucking tutor.
