I have a 4000 level math elective to take in order to get my Mathematics minor, i'm a CS major.
So, I was thinking about taking Diff Eq. or Linear Algebra
for anyone that has taken both, what did you find to be easier, why? k thx

I actually took both my last semester in high school and the most interesting thing about doing that was seeing the way in which both courses tied into each other. But since you're not doing that I guess I can only say that I vastly preferred linear algebra. That's really just an empty statement to you though. Anyway, as far as undergraduate linear algebra courses go, many of them emphasize techniques over concepts. I'd try to stay away from those, but then I'm a math major and don't know much about the applications involved in computer science. All I can say is that, depending on whether or not theory and the "big picture" both take priority in the linear algebra class you take, this might just be your first real math course. I wasn't so lucky with the one I took sadly.
