Is it possible to make just 10 intersections by 9 lines?
I tested many times,but I couldn't do that.

Have 5 parallel lines intersect with 2 more parallel lines - 10 intersections. Draw the other 2 lines right on top of existing lines, for a total of 9 lines. Does a line intersect itself? No! Therefore drawing lines on top of other lines does not create new intersections.
