Is it possible to make just 10 intersections by 9 lines?
I tested many times,but I couldn't do that.

Solved it.
Use the lines in +-+, then draw an X through the center of each + so that the lines from each X are parallel with no other, including from the opposite X (so basically one regular X & one skewed X)
