"Cold" Fission/Fusion reaction

Name: Anonymous 2008-06-09 15:16

Is it possible to use fission to drive a non-thermonuclear fusion reaction? Has anyone heard of any research in this area?

Helium is the PRODUCT of a fusion process.

You do not use it as imput.

helium is a fuel. many stars fuse helium making the heavier elements such as sodium an oxygen. i already said that anything lighter than iron can be fused with energy as a product.
