Is it possible..

that time itself is slowing down or speeding up? Would this possible acceleration account for an extra dimension of time? Probably stupid, but I'd like to know how it would be wrong. The thing about the big bang => 98% of matter in a few minutes seems a little weird, and if time is changing, maybe that would account for it?

I think, that as we are in our own space and time, we all perceive
time differently, therefore an increase or decrease in the relative speed of time, would therefore be unnoticable and immeasurable, so it becomes irrelavant as to whether time speeds up or slows down.
