How do I solve:

can someone explain me in simple words how I solve something like
blabla*x² + blibli*x + blololo  > gagaga?
I took no actual numbers on the risk of hitting the one case where its all crazy.
Please do not use the pq-method or what its called for amerifags...

change to inequality
