You basically take 15-30 minute naps every 4-6 hours around the clock. Optionally, you can also sleep 2-3 hours once a day in addition to the naps. I've been doing this for a week and feel alert most of the time.. is it healthy to carry this out in the long run?
While the process of sleep and its benefits aren't fully understood, it's pretty clear by now that
1. It's pretty important, and
2. Whatever it does takes some time to set up.
While measures like these may stave of some of the more unpleasant side effects of sleep deprivation, like death, your mind and body will eventually become tired/fucked.
On the bright side, you will find every post in /b/ hilarious, if you can muster the focus to read entire sentences.
