Polyphasic Sleep (2-4 hrs/day by napping)

You basically take 15-30 minute naps every 4-6 hours around the clock.  Optionally, you can also sleep 2-3 hours once a day in addition to the naps.  I've been doing this for a week and feel alert most of the time..  is it healthy to carry this out in the long run?

Do you not have a job or something?
As beneficial as it may be, I don't see how someone could carry out this method in today's society.
Maybe if we implemented siesta time like in Europe...
