Evolution is not perfect, but saying not everything has a reason is faggotry especially when have just mentionned the reason why evolution does not allow us to be superhumans with no medical problems. Unless of course you happen to be a Germanic Aryan Master whom represent the pinnacle of human strength and creativity.

Humans can disrupt evolution with medicine, but they can also control it using the same science. So eugenics is a good idea, in my view people who are allowed to choose the genes of their kids without the proper expertise are committing grievous bodily damage. Eugenics is a compassionate altruistic ideology that declares it is unjust to force future generations to have inferior genes. If you cannot admit your genes are inferior and should not be passed on you need to be restrained so that you do not cause any damage.
