No, I'm not a racist, nor am I Caucasian, but I've been reading ramblings that tend to suggest that the two "smartest" races on the planet are the Chinese and Indians. From what I've read, this is mostly based on IQ tests and universal academic performance. I believe this goes under genetics, but which group(s) do you guys think has grown to be intellectually superior and why?
White Europeans/Britons contributed very little to modern civilization. Laypeople don't seem to understand this and rely on their own ignorance and lack of engineeering skills.

The Turbine Engine did not originate in Germany or England, but in actually the first working gas turbine propulsion engine was in ancient Egypt, then later in Iraq (Al-Jazari), Punjab India, then Turkey and later became practical in Muslim Spain by 1588 A.D. by the Moors.

If you were an engineer, you'd realize all of the technology we have now is not that advanced. The concepts for the turbine jet engine, piston engine, firearms, airfoils/flight, hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics are all based on basic physical science concepts and are expressed through math and physics.
Only by better materials is what's made many of these concepts practical for commericial use today.
Technically there are no "inventions". All "inventions" are obeying the laws of natural science. If you want to design and build a piston engine, airplane and jet engine, they're all observing the force = pressure x area principle in physics, for obtaining force amplification. The shapes and curves of parts are not there for style, but for mathematical efficiency for pressure absorption maximization. Obeying mathematics and physics laws in nature, thus comes the shapes and sizes of parts.
Easterners and Asians discovered all of the mathematics and physical sciences first. The British stole Calculus, Metallurgy and Applied Physics and Chemistry from the Indians, Arabs, Persians and also the Egyptian Tablets stolen by them and the French during the 1800's into the 1900's A.D.
Before 1900 A.D. the White Race bascially had nothing at all, until they looted more non-Western lands during colonialism and stole all of the math and physics concepts from the easterners. If you're like me, a Mechanical/Aerospace Engineer who works for Lockheed-Martin designing and building weapons, air-water- land-space vehicles, you'll know that Jews, Arabs, East Indians, Chinese & Japanese are the creators of most technologies as it has been for the last 2,000 years. The Europeans or Whites for 2,000 years all the way to today are dead in the water without the Eastern Races when it comes to technological advancement.
All that 99% oof Whites do is sell and market products designed, built and invented by Easterners & Asians.
In terms of math, science, design and construction Whites have contributed very little. All these Western Corporations who market advanced technologies hire Easterners & Asians to develop the technologies then use Whites to market it and start wars with peaceful nations.

Because Rome used to hire Persian, Hindu, Turkish and Greek Engineers to develop their technology. Romans like Americans and the West go around stealing all the resources from so-called 3rd world countries then make it so they all need to work for the West in order to get some of their resources back.
Some contributions of Arabs, Indians and Chinese are: Firearms, Gas Turbine Engines, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Metallurgy Sciences, Airfoils/Flight, Hydrostatic Lever, Piston Engines, Medicine, Astronomy, The Bible/Christianity/Judaism, Buddhism, Islam, Hinduism, Hydro-Dynamics, Electromagnetics/Electricity, Rockets, Torpedos/Water Propulsion Systems.
Arabs, Indians and Chinese didn't feel the need to rule the entire planet using terrorism and theft like Whites have using the technologies they stole from Arabs, Indians and Chinese civilizations. Only the well-educated, properly nourished, highly-skilled and educated upper and middle classes of the non-Western lands qualify for IQ Testing. If you observe the IQ Test results of properly nourished, educated and stable Easterners & Asians theirs are in the IQ range between 127 to 135 or higher on average.
The properly nourished and educated East Indians and Middle Easterners have the highest IQs' in the world. This angers the jealous White Westerners, so fearful and jealous White Westerners cause wars and social conflicts in Eastern lands in the hopes to impoverish these more advanced Eastern civilizations.
The White West with nutrition and housing being the norm, can't even attain an IQ range higher than 110, where as East Asians score around 119. I'm only talking about the well-nourished properly educated people, not the deprived.
How can you extract proper IQ data if you're testing street beggars and deprived people without proper, education, nutrition and shelter?
If you test ONLY East Asians, Middle Easterners/Indians and Whites who are educated, well-nourished who live in stable dwellings and have careers, you will see the IQ range outcome end up like this:
Middle Easterners/Indians – 128 IQ,
East Asians – 119 IQ,
Whites – 110 IQ.
Whites are not that smart, this is why they start wars and conspiracies against everyone else, while preaching to their own White people that "conspiracies are for nuts".
