From what I've read, this is mostly based on IQ tests and universal academic performance. I believe this goes under genetics, but which group(s) do you guys think has grown to be intellectually superior and why?

IQ tests are made based on the location of the place they're given. So on average, every area should come out to be 100, or else the test isn't written correctly.
As such, I could go to Ethiopia, take the test and declare myself the smartest man alive, because the knowledge I have is much better than that of the Ethiopians.

Asians and Indians tend to be slightly smarter when compared to Caucasians, but that's usually because the comparisons that most often take place are done in classrooms in 'caucasian' countries. Asian and Indian families value their children's educations more highly than do caucasians, and push their children harder to succeed.
Also they are genetically a little smarter too. Only on average, and it's hardly noticeable except that we get above-average intelligence Asian students (for instance) attending our schools.
