Would anyone happen to know how to construct an RC circuit that has the same voltage vs time characteristics as an RL series circuit in response to a given voltage step? (hoooooooooooomewoooooooooooooork)

Assuming input voltage over the entire series
a) high pass filter: output @ R and L respectively
b) low pass filter: output @ C and R respectively

Just flip the inductor and resistor positions. Then replace inductor with capacitor.
