band radiance?

Name: Anonymous 2008-02-13 20:49

Hey, /sci/, help me out. I have a beam of light at color temp 2900 passing through an interference filter with central wavelength 589 nm (+ or - 2 nm). How do I go about finding the amount of light which makes it through the filter? The only blackbody radiation calculators I have are either horribly inaccurate or unable to accept a range of wavelengths less than 100 nm.

several free internets and much love to anyone who can point me in the right direction.
