the theory that we are one universe surrounded by the structure that is the multiverse.

our universe is still expanding, so if we assume it is a part of the multiverse, we should overlap with other universes, but by overlaping with other universes that would mean we would detect a blue shift in some of the astral bodies (heading towards us), however we have only ever been able to detect redshifts (heading away from us, which is also the proof that the universe is expanding), therefore multiverse does not exist. there is one and only universe (besides once one "universe" touches another "universe" they become one universe so in the end if there was a multiverse it would ultimately just become a really really fucking huge universe)
