CORRECT. Stuff like String Theory emphasizes how corrupt modern science is getting. ST basically says
"we don't have answers, so let's make assumptions that gives us answers, which we're unable to verify with experiment". Too many mathfags ended up in Physics Departments in universities across the world. What they are doing is
math, not physics. Boot them out into the Math Department and let them fend for themselves. Real adherents of physics will turn back to the only thing which works:
theory + experiment and
experiment + theory (as required by circumstances).
