ok so recenty, ive gotten posin ivy and its spread all over my body, including my penis. What can i do?

Generally long term poison ivy reactions are an allergic reaction. Not much you can do about it unless you want to go to the hospital and get cortizone shots. The only way to avoid spreading it is to wash thoroughly after contact. So right now you are screwed and you will continue to break out until you grow new skin.
